Location Info
Our wedding will take place at Camp Harmattan, located just west of Olds, Alberta.
Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3:00 PM to get settled, find their seats, and enjoy some time to chat before the ceremony. Please plan accordingly, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM
Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the North Camp area, in the “R” Loop. When you arrive at the campground, simply turn left before the bridge. There will be people on site to help direct parking and guide guests to the ceremony area.
Parking at Camp Harmattan is free, and there is plenty available.

Camping
SITES
Guests are welcome to stay overnight and camp at Camp Harmattan.
We are not reserving sites for guests, If you would like to camp, you will need to register directly through the campground website.
CAMPGROUND RULES
Camp Harmattan has very limited cell reception. Most areas of the campground have no service, and there is no guest wifi available. Please download directions and information before arriving.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Our music will end at 10 PM in accordance with campground rules.
Pets are allowed but must:

remain on leash at all times

be cleaned up after

be kept inside tents or trailers overnight
Pets are not permitted at the ceremony or reception.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the campground.
Alcohol is allowed at the campground, but please be respectful of the setting. Camp Harmattan is a family-oriented, faith-based campground, so guests are asked to avoid public displays of alcohol consumption and to behave respectfully while on the property.

Dress
Cocktail Attire
We’d love guests to dress up for the celebration. Guys are encouraged to wear suits, and girls cocktail dresses or other elevated attire.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors on grass, so please wear nice shoes suitable for grass.
The evening may get cool, so bringing a jacket or wrap is recommended!
Please prepare for the possibility of rain.
